Samuel L. Jackson has never been shy about his politics, or about his feelings on President Donald Trump. During the election, he accused the then-candidate of cheating at golf, which sparked a feud between the two. Now, he’s trying to help out with Georgia’s special election this Tuesday by recording a radio ad, made by the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. In it, Jackson encourages people to vote Democrat.
“What can you do? Go vote. Your vote goes a long way toward setting things right in this country. Vote for the Democratic party. Stop Donald Trump, the man who encourages racial and religious discrimination and sexism. Remember what happened the last time people stayed home. We got stuck with Trump,” he says.
He goes on, ‘We have to channel the great vengeance and furious anger we have for this administration into votes at the ballot box.”
